Chick-o-stick ice cream! I just found this so haven't had a chance to try it yet and probably won't this weekend, but this is one for next week's menu...

Excellent, thanks for the info. You'll have to let me know how it turns out. I may just have to buy an ice cream maker for this, and find out where to get arrowroot! I mean, how could you go wrong with coconut milk AND Chick-O-Stick pieces?
